    Exertion: Dance from 7:30-12:00 with about an hour break in between

  • Still sick, although with this sickness I havent eaten like anything which is awesome. Mainly its because people wont let me leave my room so I'm stuck in here and it flipping sucks. hopefully I can sneak out and get a bagel

    My chest feels soo weird like it feels like a 100lb dumbbell is on it so I skipped modern. I feel bad about missing but we use our chest for like contractions and such.

    Exertion: Sorority O-Cheer (only about 15 minutes dancing)

    Monday's Intake:
    B: A little more than 3/4 of a cinnamon rasin bagel with pb 350, apple with some pb 100 (10:00 am)
    S: Banana 100 (1:00pm)
    D: Chicken florentine 250, veggies 200, bite of cake 75, coke zero (5:00pm)
    Hydration: some water
    Exertion: dance practice 7:30-9:00, Phi-Delt O-Cheer 9:00-10:30
    Total: 1075 Cals

     

    So my friend A goes on weird like tangents where she says she's not going to snack anymore so she gives all her food away. I made out pretty well I got some crackers and some cereal and granola and they all look healthy albeit all carbs. My other friend S got chocolate chips and pudding so I think I got the better stuff.

    So I have been trying to come on here so much but I have been so busy lately. I have dance practice like usual but I also have my sorority's o-cheer and I'm chereographing a frat's o-cheer too, so I'm super busy. btw this is what o-cheer is (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DIzaHHmvP6E)

    Brad Paisley is this weekend though, and I weighed myself today and it said 156.6 so I really want to get under 175 before Saturday, especially I'm going to wear these denim shorts that kinda got shrunk in these stupid dryers so now they are super tight. so hopefully if I keep it to 1000 I will get skinnier!

    I can't believe I volunteered to play volleyball I really am bad. I will just be there to be a body and hopefully I dont touch the ball too much

     

    EDIT
    So I went to go play volleyball with my sorority but the other one didnt show up so we won by default. Then I watch my sorority win the flag football championship so yay that was fun.
